Our Currency Cards are the lowest cost way of buying travel money – we guarantee it. if you find travel money cheaper anywhere else we'll refund the difference.
If you load your Caxton Currency Card and find a better exchange rate elsewhere on the same day just let us know and we will credit your Currency Card with the difference.
In order to qualify, you must notify us on the day of purchase of your currency so we can validate your claim. Just let us know where you found a better exchange rate. The rate must be net of all charges and commissions with no transaction fees applicable.
Please note that our guarantee excludes products that have an initial purchase cost as this may be used to subsidise the exchange rate.
