Applying for a prepaid Currency Card is quick and straightforward. In just 3 simple steps you can start saving money on all your overseas purchases.
1. Apply for a Caxton FX Currency Card
Select the Currency Card(s) that you wish to use and complete our application form. This will take you approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Once your registration is complete you will receive your prepaid card in approximately 7 working days.
2. Activate your Currency Card
When you receive your card, log into our cardholder area and activate your card. This is done by loading the minimum amount to your travel money card - Global Traveller £100 Euro Card €150 Dollar Card $200. There is no obligation to do this until just before you wish to travel overseas and use your prepaid currency card.
3. Use your new Caxton FX Currency Card
Once activated, your Caxton FX card is ready to use overseas - just like a normal debit card, without the fees and charges. Your Currency Card is accepted wherever you see the MasterCard Acceptance Mark and is a much safer alternative to cash. You can reload it online, via the phone or SMS, again and again, anywhere in the world.
